With SHARE, you’ll now be able to earn on your full transaction amount at VOX Cinemas. This means that you will get points for all the tickets you buy including discount tickets and tickets you purchase for others. You will also earn points on all food and drinks bought in our locations.
Earning and redeeming at VOX Cinemas is easy and can be done both by purchasing online or identifying yourself at the candy bar with the SHARE ID. Your ID can be found in both the VOX Cinema app and the SHARE app.
Your VOX Rewards Account
Your VOX Rewards account has been converted into a SHARE account. Plus, we’ve made it easy for you to start enjoying SHARE without having to create a new profile. Simply use your existing VOX Cinemas email login and password to log into the SHARE App.
Your Outstanding VOX Rewards Points
If you have any outstanding VOX Rewards points, they have been converted into tickets, food and beverage options for you. These are stored in your VOX Cinemas app or website, under the promotions section in 'My Account'. They are valid for you to enjoy until 31st March 2020.
Your VOX Cinemas App
You can still use the VOX Cinemas App to discover the latest movies, check showtimes, and book tickets and refreshments. The only change you will notice on the app is that the points balance is now your overall SHARE balance.

How does SHARE work at VOX Cinemas
Simply present your SHARE ID to a member of staff and they will help you earn and redeem your points. You can also earn or redeem your points online by logging on the voxcinemas.com or the VOX App. Your points will be added instantly to your SHARE account

The SHARE ID is available both on the VOX Cinemas app (account section) or the SHARE app.
REGISTRATION / ACCOUNT
I am new to VOX Cinemas, how do I join SHARE?
You can join SHARE for free when you sign up on voxcinemas.com and opt into SHARE. Existing members can join SHARE by visiting the Account page.
I am already a VOX Rewards members, how do I join SHARE?
Simply download the SHARE app and log in using your existing VOX Cinemas email address and password.
What are the differences between VOX Rewards and SHARE
With SHARE you can now earn points on your total VOX Cinemas spend which includes multiple tickets and even tickets bought using bank offers and discounts. The best part is that you can also earn points on your candy bar spend when you buy food and drinks at VOX Cinemas.
Can I continue being on VOX Rewards?
Afraid not. VOX Rewards will no longer exist and will be replaced by the new SHARE programme instead.
What will happen to my existing VOX Rewards points?
Based on your closing VOX Rewards balance, we have converted your points to free tickets and/or food and drinks. These are stored in your Promotions section on the Account page of the VOX Cinemas app. Free tickets can be redeemed online and at the candy bar by presenting your SHARE ID. Food and drinks can be redeemed in cinema only by presenting your SHARE ID.
EARNING POINTS
How do I earn SHARE points in VOX Cinemas?
You can earn points on online transactions by simply logging into voxcinemas.com or the VOX App with your registered email address. If you are purchasing tickets and refreshments in person, please present you SHARE ID at the candy bar.
How many SHARE points do I earn per transactions?
Your earned points are now based on the total amount that you now spend at VOX Cinemas. The rate of earning will start from 30 SHARE points for every AED 100 spent.
Do I earn SHARE points on discount tickets and bank offers?
You can now earn points on the final amount paid on all your cinema ticket purchases including discount tickets. For every AED 100 you spend in VOX Cinemas you will earn 30 points. No points will be earned on free tickets purchased using the buy one get one free bank offers.
Do my SHARE points expire?
Yes. Points earned on SHARE will automatically expire after 24 months.
REDEEMING POINTS
How do I redeem my SHARE points at VOX Cinemas?
You can redeem your points on online transactions by logging into voxcinemas.com or the VOX App with your registered email address. If you are purchasing tickets and refreshments in person, please present you SHARE ID at the candy bar.
How many SHARE Points do I need to redeem online?
You can redeem a minimum of 10 points (1 AED) on your movie tickets and F&B purchase at voxcinemas.com or the VOX app. Simply add the amount you want to redeem at check out when finalizing your payment. Remember, 1 AED is equal to 10 SHARE Points.
How many SHARE points do I need to redeem food and beverages in the cinema?
There is no minimum balance required to redeem SHARE Points for F&B. You can now redeem your SHARE points for any Food & Beverage item at the cinema candy bar. Simply present your SHARE ID before placing your order and let the staff now that you would like pay with points for your F&B Order.
Is it possible to pay using part points and part credit card when purchasing online?
Yes, you can now split your payments between SHARE Points and credit card when making your purchase. Simply choose the number of points (in AED) that you want to redeem at the checkout, and you can pay the remaining amount by credit card. You even earn SHARE Points for the amount you paid by credit card.
Is it possible to pay using part points and part cash or credit card for Food & Beverages?
Yes, you can decide what percentage of F&B you want to pay with SHARE Points, and what percentage with cash or credit card. Simply Scan your SHARE ID at the candy bar and let the staff member know how many SHARE points you would like to spend. With a combined transaction of movie tickets and F&B, points will only be used on the F&B item spend.
Can I redeem my SHARE points online when purchasing a bank offer ticket?
No, when purchasing a bank offer or discounted ticket, you can not redeem your SHARE Points, however if you selected an additional full price ticket or additional F&B, you will be able to redeem SHARE Points on those items.
Can I redeem SHARE points when purchasing GOLD or THEATRE packages?
No, currently you cannot redeem your SHARE Points when purchasing a ticket and food package in GOLD or THEATRE.
Can I refund my transaction that was paid by points and receive VOX Credit?
No, transactions paid for by SHARE Points cannot be refunded to VOX Credit. For any special exceptions, please contact customer.support@maf.co.ae.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
No. SHARE points cannot be redeemed for cash or cash alternatives.

Does SHARE have a dedicated team that I can contact?
Yes, the SHARE Team is available by phone 7 days a week at 800-SHARE (74273). From Sundays to Thursdays you can contact them between the hours of 9am and 10pm. On Friday and Saturdays, you can contact them between the hours of 9am and midnight.
